FCB FANTASY PLAYER OF THE WEEK…QB JOE WEBB, UAB

Week one is now in the books, and already we have seen some exceptional performances from the top players in the nation.
Though, no one had the overall production like UAB QB Joe Webb, (photo, thanks IconSMI) who is our Fantasy College Blitz Fantasy Player of the Week for week one.
In the Blazers 44-24 win over Rice, Webb, a senior from Birmingham, rushed for 194 yards and 2 TDs, while passing for another 221 yards and 2 TDs.
Webb’s 194 rushing yards set a single-game record for rushing by a QB Conference USA history
Honorable mentions go out to Notre Dame QB Jimmy Clausen and Navy QB Ricky Dobbs
