8:00 PM ET Louisville at Memphis (Loaded with offensive stars)

PS - Whenever games start the week this early, I always think of the Jay Leno joke after Frank Gifford was caught cheating on his wife - “Cathy Lee just found out there is no such thing as Tuesday Night Football…”
