The official Heisman trophy will be handed out in a few weeks and I will be posting who I feel is the most deserving of the award based on the criteria used for determining the Heisman.  One of the criteria is obviously finishing in the Top 15 in the BCS while being in the Top 10 being almost a requirement.  However, for us fantasy players, we don’t care about the player playing on a Top 10 BCS team. In fact, do you even know how many wins UTEP had? Do you even care? This leads to the question that matters: who is the Fantasy ‘Most Outstanding’ Player of The Year (FPOY)?
