FROM THE SHOTGUN….Week Nine QB Start/Sit

The 2009 fantasy season is winding down.
For some of you, this is the last week of regular-season fantasy games….for others, it is the next-to-last game. Whichever category you fall under, this means jockeying for playoff spots….or jockeying to stay out of the dreaded “fantasy league cellar”.
Week Nine will be an interesting one. Although most FBS conferences are in the thick of their conference action, some notable programs (and QBs) are getting a breather this week.
If you have Notre Dame QB Jimmy Clausen (photo, thanks GoIrish)…you might think The Great Pumpkin was Santa Claus….for he gets a trip to San Antonio to face woeful Washington State. Read the rest of this entry →

While Vince Mullins is on assignment for Fantasy College Blitz, once again the “Steven Sheffield of burrito-making”, Daniel Freer, will prepare this morning’s burrito. Although Daniel has improved his burrito-making skills…mind you, it is not the burrito made by Mullins and Company…but, he does put it out a little earlier…
Although the game has lost some of its luster as the 2009 season has progressed, the annual Red River Shootout between Texas and Oklahoma should be another interesting 60 minutes of football this coming Saturday.
