Vince’s Minimalist Cheat Sheet: The new paradigm
August 25th, 2010 by Vince Mullins
You are very busy – it ain’t easy fitting in fantasy sports when you gotta make that dollar – with 1 in 6 American men not working in 2010, if you are still one of the other five you gotta bust your hump to take care of business. I aim to save you time and stress with my 2010 Minimalist Cheatsheet!
While Drew’s Cheatsheet Customizer stands as an enormous paean to his goal of personalizing his work to your specific league, mine assumes you are playing all-FBS only. My minimalist cheatsheet evolved through 4 actual drafts and many mocks. It includes the players I look for outperforming seasons and very little else to distract me.
I don’t want to be flooded by 200 QB – so my cheatsheet has 40 for all-FBS (why rank Steven Garcia or Nick Fanuzzi if I have no intention of drafting them? No offense to them of course…) I have less than 80 each of RB and WR again because I want only the essential players. Think of it as enriched uranium to power your team thru the draft.
Enjoy. Download – grab it at the last minute out the door. You may not have every name, but you will have what I think to be an optimized list of the most important ones.
