I created a Bud Selig-like position as commissioner/owner – scoring rules are pretty standard, but I tweaked the TD scoring a bit to equalize the positions:

• Five points for a passing TD,
• six for a run and
• seven for a reception.

Other than that, since it is an All-FBS league I would like to experiment with playing two QBs in your weekly starting lineup.
