FANTASY PLAYER OF THE WEEK…Roy Helu, Jr., RB, Nebraska
Sunday, October 31st, 2010
For the first time this 2010 season, our Fantasy Player of the Week is not one of the usual QBs who have been winning this honor.
Nebraska RB Roy Helu, Jr., is our Fantasy College Blitz Fantasy Player of the Week for Week Nine, after a record-setting performance against Missouri
Helu, Jr. (photo, thanks Scout.com), a senior from Danville, CA (San Ramon Valley HS), rushed for a school-record 307 yards in Nebraska’s 31-17 win over formerly-undefeated Missouri. Helu, Jr. also had three long TD runs in the game for the Big XII North leading Cornhuskers.
This is the third time this season, and the second week in a row, that a Husker has won our Fantasy Player of the Week honor. Last week, Huskers QB Taylor Martinez won his second FCB-FPOTW of the 2010 after a big performance against Oklahoma State.
