The Week Before the Playoffs, Expert League Style

November 6th, 2008 by John Huss

With a week left in the regular season, the Fantasy College Football Invitational has come down to the final game to determine who gets to advance.  The top 4 make it from each division and so far only 5 teams have actually clinched a spot.

Here are the current standings for the McFadden division:

[TABLE=40]

We are happy to see FantasyCollegeBlitz’s own Drew Smith taking the top spot in this division.  The last spot is still open and if CBS takes a loss and Pre Pro wins, then Pre Pro will advance based on the head to head win over CBS.

In the Mendenhall Division, we see defending champ Rotowire.com sitting on top.  There is a 3 way tie for the last two spots from this division.  One of those teams fighting for a playoff berth is Fanball.com, who was last years runner up (under the name of Rotojunkie.com).

After this week, we’ll see how things shake out so we can go over the entire playoff picture.  Good luck to all of our experts fighting for a shot at the title.  For those that have been ruled out of the running, we are still waiting for your concession speeches.
